Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the equipment back in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, modifiers, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Gear
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's functionality and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
